The famous songwriter and performer was born in Manchester in 1987. Adio Marchant is of Jamaican origin. The future singer spent all his childhood and youth in Manchester. From a young age, he had a knack for creativity, which he constantly developed. At the age of 20, he decided to test his success and founded a band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2007, he became one of the founders of Kid British<\/em>. The group focused on indie rock, hip-hop and reggae. Adio Marchant was a vocalist with five more members in the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group’s creative activity was very successful and even in demand. They had very catchy lyrics and bright performances. In Manchester, they were often compared to such popular groups as The Specials<\/em>, Madness<\/em>, Blue<\/em> and The Streets<\/em>. Kid British<\/em> was characterised by a modern sound and a fusion of indie rock, R&B, rap and even ska. Their music was incredibly melodic and created a delightful atmosphere. Over the years, Adio Marchant as a member of Kid British<\/em> recorded and released five EPs from 2009 to 2012. EPs contain too many songs for a single but not enough to be called a full album. In 2013, Adio Marchant released his first solo EP called Aesthetics<\/em>. Its main track was Rivers<\/em>, which immediately became the “free single of the week” on iTunes. The success of his solo career was amazing, so in the same year, Marchant released another EP called Drowning Butterflies<\/em>, with the leading track Love More Worry Less<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From that moment on, Adio’s solo career became incredibly successful. He toured the UK, playing concerts in various parts of the country and gathering crowds of new fans. Moreover, tickets for his concert in London were completely sold out five weeks before the event. Adio Marchant reached such incredible achievements in 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But a truly grand success awaited Adio in 2015 when he released a track called Daydreamer<\/em>. The song became the most significant in his career. It was even used in the BBC One trailer in 2015, peaked at number 67 in the UK Downloads Chart and number 129 in the UK Singles Chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
